Terms of Service

Effective October 17, 2026 · Strike Force Sales Group, a trade name of MTZ GLOBAL SERVICES LLC

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the training program of MTZ GLOBAL SERVICES LLC, doing business as Strike Force Sales Group, ("MTZ Global," "we," "us"). The program is for individuals ("Student," "you") who want to learn high-ticket remote closing.

1. Acceptance

By using this website or signing an enrollment agreement with us, you agree to these Terms. If a signed enrollment agreement conflicts with these Terms, the enrollment agreement controls for that enrollment, except that the Refund & Cancellation Policy posted on this site is the minimum refund right for every student and no enrollment agreement may reduce it. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the program. Eligibility: you must be 18 or older and enrolling for your own personal use, not on behalf of a business.

2. Description of the program

MTZ Global sells a training program to individuals who want to learn high-ticket remote closing, which means taking sales calls for online coaches and course businesses. We do not sell sales services to businesses. The program is delivered live over Zoom and includes:

Access to the program, sessions, community, and materials is for the enrolled individual only and cannot be transferred, shared, or resold. We ship no physical products.

3. Enrollment

  1. Application call, to learn about your goals and see whether the program is a fit.
  2. Written enrollment agreement, stating the program fee, start date, program length, and refund terms.
  3. Payment, after you sign the enrollment agreement. No fees are charged before you sign.
  4. Access to the live sessions, community, and materials. Your simulator access, materials, and community access open within 1 business day of your first payment; live sessions run weekly from the cohort start date in your enrollment agreement. Recordings, materials, the simulator, and the community stay available for the length of the program plus 30 days after the last live session.

This website has no checkout. Payment is collected through a secure third-party payment processor after you sign your enrollment agreement.

4. Fees and billing

Payments are made by card through a secure third-party payment processor. Charges appear on your statement as "MTZ GLOBAL SERVICES." If you choose a payment plan, you authorize us in the enrollment agreement to charge each installment to your card on the dates listed there; the agreement states the number of installments and the total. We email you a reminder at least 3 days before each installment and a receipt after every charge. To stop future installments, use the Refund & Cancellation Policy; outside that policy, installments remain due. Refunds and cancellations are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Student responsibilities

You agree to attend the live training sessions as your schedule allows; take part in the role-plays and complete the practice work; follow the community rules in section 5a and treat other students and our team with respect; not record, copy, share, or resell any session, material, or community content; give us accurate information on your application; and comply with applicable laws.

5a. Community rules

The community rules are: treat other students and our team with respect, no harassment or discrimination; no selling, recruiting, or promoting other offers to students; no sharing, recording, or reposting of sessions, materials, or other students' role-plays; no sharing of other students' personal information. If you break a rule we will warn you in writing and give you a chance to fix it, except for serious breaches (harassment, resale of materials, fraud), where we may remove you immediately.

6. No income, employment, or placement guarantee

We do not guarantee a job, a placement, clients, commissions, or any income. The program teaches skills. Whether you are hired by any business, earn commissions, or earn anything at all depends on your effort, the offers you work with, and market conditions. Any numbers mentioned in training, such as commission rates or closer earnings, are examples and are not promises. Testimonials and student results are individual experiences and are not typical results. You are responsible for your own career and business decisions.

7. No employment relationship

Students are consumers, not employees. MTZ Global is not an employer or a staffing agency, and nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. We do not find work for students, and any work you later do for any business is a separate arrangement between you and that business.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for the program. This does not apply to information that is public, already known to the recipient, or required to be disclosed by law.

9. Intellectual property

All program materials, including recordings, scripts, objection sheets, slides, and community content, are the intellectual property of MTZ Global. We license them to you for your personal, non-commercial use during the program and the 30-day support period after the last live session. You may not copy, share, resell, or publish them. You keep ownership of your own personal information and of your own recordings of yourself, and you give us permission to use your role-play and practice-call recordings to give you feedback and to improve our training. Practice calls in the AI simulator are processed by a third-party training platform solely to score your calls and track your progress; they are not sold.

10. Chargebacks

If you have a question or concern about a charge, contact us first at miketzovaras@strikeforcesalesgroup.com. We respond within 2 business days and will work to resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution, and we may submit your signed enrollment agreement, payment records, and records of your access and attendance to your card issuer.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MTZ Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the program fees you actually paid us. The program is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those stated in your signed agreement.

12. Termination

You may stop attending at any time, but stopping does not cancel a payment plan or entitle you to a refund beyond our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may remove a student from the program, the community, or both for conduct that breaks these Terms or the community rules, for sharing or reselling program materials, or for non-payment. If we remove you for conduct, no refund is owed beyond what the Refund & Cancellation Policy provides.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which MTZ Global Services LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the state in which MTZ Global Services LLC is organized.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Changes do not alter a signed enrollment agreement.
