Privacy Policy
MTZ GLOBAL SERVICES LLC, doing business as Strike Force Sales Group, ("MTZ Global," "we," "us") provides a live online training program to individuals who want to learn high-ticket remote closing. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the training program we deliver to our students.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number, and the details you share when you book a call or fill out a form.
- Application-form answers: what you tell us when you apply, such as your income goals and sales experience.
- Recordings: we record application calls, live training sessions, and role-plays. Students consent to the recording of training sessions and role-plays at enrollment. For application calls, we ask for your consent at the start of the call and do not record if you decline.
- Practice-call data: recordings, transcripts, and scores from the AI call simulator in your student account, used to give you feedback and track your progress.
- Community platform data: if you join our private student community, the messages you post, your profile details, and your activity in the community.
- Billing details: invoices are paid by card through a third-party payment processor. We do not see or store full card numbers.
- Website analytics and cookies: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and referral source, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and prepare enrollment agreements.
- To deliver the training program described in our Terms of Service, including live sessions, role-play feedback, and the student community.
- To send receipts, payment reminders, and program messages.
- To review recordings to give you feedback, and to improve our training, scripts, and process.
- To keep the website secure, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, under terms that limit their use of the data:
- payment processors that handle card payments and payment plans;
- the AI training platform that powers the call simulator and stores your practice calls and scores;
- scheduling, community, and call or video tools such as Zoom;
- email and text messaging tools;
- website analytics providers (we may use PostHog and Vercel Analytics);
- professional advisers, and authorities when the law requires it.
Other students in the private community can see the messages and profile details you choose to post there.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from MTZ Global about scheduling, reminders, and your inquiry. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Recordings are kept for up to 24 months unless your enrollment agreement or law requires longer. Billing records are kept for at least 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. After that we delete or anonymize the data.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections, and reputable hosted tools to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Your rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You may also withdraw consent to recording or text messages at any time, though we may not be able to include you in recorded sessions or role-plays if you do. Email miketzovaras@strikeforcesalesgroup.com with your request. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we honor them.
Your state privacy rights
If you live in California or another state with a consumer privacy law, you may have the right to know the categories of personal information we collect (contact details, application answers, recordings, community data, billing and analytics data), to request its deletion, to correct it, and to appeal a decision we make on your request. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any right, email us; we will verify your identity and respond within 30 days.
Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some analytics will be less accurate.
Children
Our website and training program are for adults. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
